Role Description

  • The Property Consultant is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
  • This position involves managing a portfolio of luxury properties, including prospecting new listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on suitable options for buying, selling, and renting.
  • The Property Consultant will handle client inquiries, prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate listing information, staying updated on market trends and regulations, and providing continuous follow up and support to clients.
  • The role requires active participation in networking activities, property promotions, and maintaining strong professional relationships to build and expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on market trends, property valuations, and transaction processes.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and deliver a high quality client experience.
  • Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive property market.
  • Relevant real estate certification or license, and prior experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market, are highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; additional language skills, such as Arabic, are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
