Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Luxury Real Estate Executive.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high end residential and commercial properties.
- Prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Conduct property viewings, present investment opportunities, negotiate offers, and prepare documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, listing, leasing, and mortgage).
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Basic to advanced Finance skills related to property transactions, ROI analysis, and mortgage or investment comparisons.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage, especially Arabic.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment, manage multiple leads, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage, but motivated freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
