Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Property Management and Investments
- Basic understanding of Finance
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field in the UAE market is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and broader UAE property regulations, communities, and key developers
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple leads and tasks, and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Property Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing accurate market information and tailored recommendations.
- Conduct property viewings, qualify leads, maintain an active portfolio of listings, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Build and sustain client relationships through regular follow ups, professional guidance, and high quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stay up to date on UAE real estate trends and developer offerings, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of Property Management and Investments.
- Basic understanding of Finance.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and broader UAE property regulations, communities, and key developers.
