Role overview
The Prompt Engineer designs, optimizes, and operationalizes AI prompts and workflows for Capital Markets and Commercial Banking.
The role connects front-office business needs with accurate, timely, and context-aware AI-driven insights.
Work arrangement
- The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- The contract length is six months, with a likelihood of extension.
- Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation
- Compensation is $74 per hour for T4 engagement or $83 per hour for IC engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for trading, sales, research, pricing analytics, and risk reporting.
- Tailor prompts for traders, sales professionals, quants, and risk managers.
- Translate trade lifecycle and credit adjudication workflows into AI-driven interactions.
- Enable insights on market events, positions, client portfolios, and trade opportunities.
- Integrate market data, client context, regulatory constraints, and structured or unstructured data into workflows.
- Integrate prompts with Microsoft Fabric, Graph, Dataverse, and trading and risk systems.
