Releady is seeking a Business Optimization Coordinator to join a major financial institution.
The position supports business leads across service delivery, onboarding, AI enablement, and documentation processes.

Compensation
- The pay rate is $50–$65 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Support business leads across service optimization, onboarding, AI enablement, and documentation or agreements initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional touchpoints to keep initiatives on track.
- Engage internal stakeholders, prepare project summaries, and support executive-facing status discussions.
- Track project activity, identify risks and roadblocks, and coordinate smaller initiatives.
- Collaborate with the PMO when formal project management support is required.
