About the Role

- Generate new business opportunities and secure technical services projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Coordinate project execution and supervise site activities
- Manage labor, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients
- Monitor project costs and maintain profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development and project supervision
- Experience in technical services, maintenance, fit out, MEP, or construction sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- UAE driving license preferred
- Knowledge of UAE market and contractors network is an advantage

Job Summary
- Apex Lux Technical Services is seeking a proactive and results driven Business Development & Projects Supervisor to identify new business opportunities, secure projects, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in technical services, fit out, maintenance, renovation, or construction related projects, with strong client relationship and site supervision skills.
