- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google, social media, and email marketing
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and online engagement metrics
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external vendors
- Design marketing materials and promotional content when required
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations
- Manage company listings, online directories, and business profiles
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and brand campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices
- Achieve monthly leasing and occupancy targets
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in leasing or business center operations is preferred
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
- Experience in the UAE market preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation strategies preferred
- Arabic language skills are a plus
