Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Sales Manager with 3–5+ years of UAE experience in architectural/technical lighting sales.
The role involves driving new business, managing project opportunities, coordinating technical submissions, and converting leads into purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage lighting project sales opportunities in the UAE
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project management companies
- Prepare technical presentations, quotations, BOQs, and proposals
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams to ensure feasible and compliant solutions
- Handle technical submittals, approvals, datasheets, samples, and mock-ups
- Negotiate pricing, margins, payment terms, and support collections when needed
- Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Attend site meetings and support project coordination
