Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Abu Dhabi.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our MEP retrofit services to potential clients.
- Perform site surveys and assessments to understand client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a positive and professional sales experience.
- Maintain and expand an established client network in Abu Dhabi.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for bookings and billings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our sales approach.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a seamless handover of projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MEP or engineering industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Established client network and a proven track record of success in sales in Abu Dhabi.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid UAE driving license for easy mobility within the city.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems for lead management.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
