Position Overview
Hareket provides engineered heavy lifting and transportation services, including project planning, route surveys, lift engineering, project management, and installation works.
The Project Manager role supports projects across KSA, Oman, the UAE, and the wider Middle East, with site travel based on work requirements.
Location and Mobility
- KSA placement is based in KSA and is limited to Turkish-speaking candidates.
- Oman and other Middle East assignments are based at the Dubai office and require travel to sites outside the UAE.
- The role requires working abroad for extended periods when project needs require it.
Project Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact and maintain clear, consistent communication.
- Coordinate personnel and equipment allocation.
- Manage project preparation, execution, control, risk, budgets, and contractual obligations.
- Lead operational execution in line with strategic goals.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project budgets and financial targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or logistics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years managing complex logistics or engineering projects, preferably in the GCC.
- At least 5 years of heavy lifting and transportation experience.
- Proven experience leading engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- GCC driving license and familiarity with local compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, teamwork, proactive behavior, self-reliance, and problem-solving ability.
- Turkish-speaking ability is required for KSA placement.
