Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed trailer trucks safely and efficiently.
- Transport cargo between designated locations according to delivery schedules.
- Inspect the truck, trailer, tires, brakes, lights, and other safety equipment before and after each trip.
- Load, position, and secure cargo using approved chains, straps, tarpaulins, and other equipment.
- Check cargo dimensions, weight distribution, and load stability before departure.
- Follow UAE traffic laws, company safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
- Complete delivery notes, trip sheets, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documents.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, cargo damage, delays, and safety issues immediately.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean and safe operating condition.
- Coordinate with loading and unloading teams, supervisors, and dispatchers.
- Assist with safe loading and unloading when required.
- Plan routes and follow approved transportation routes.
Candidate Profile
- The candidate must be immediately available.
- 2–5 years of experience as a heavy truck or flatbed trailer driver.
- Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Previous experience driving heavy trucks with trailers.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle safety checks.
- Good safety awareness and responsible driving attitude.
- Good communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 1,451.07 to AED 2,500.00 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
