- Ability to work on site full time

Role Description
- Lead and coordinate projects from concept through completion, including planning schedules, defining scope, and managing resources.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and oversee site activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, monitor progress, resolve design and construction issues, and prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics, support inspections and approvals, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications

- Strong project management skills.

- Logistics management skills.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing construction or engineering projects, preferably within the Riyadh or broader regional market.
- Proficiency with project management and design tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or BIM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work on site full time, adapt to changing project needs, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
