Job Summary

BIM Modeling and Development

• Develop and maintain Revit models according to LOD specifications and project requirements.
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D views, and audiovisual infrastructure layouts.
• Model systems to actual size and approved submittals and manufacturer data.
• Include supports, connections, hangers, access zones, service clearances, and code compliance requirements.
• Manage Revit families, templates, and project standards.

BIM Coordination and Clash Detection

• Execute internal clash detection using Navisworks, Revizto, or BIM360 before submittal.
• Resolve model conflicts and interferences before design team and trade partner reviews.
• Coordinate audiovisual requirements with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash reviews, and issue-resolution sessions.
• Publish models to Revizto and BIM360 and track clash reports and corrective measures.

Documentation and Quality

• Incorporate design markups, RFIs, and revisions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain version control and file management in Procore, ACC, Revizto, and BIM360.
• Create AutoCAD drawings for cable diagrams, system layouts, and 2D documentation.
• Prepare bills of materials, equipment schedules, system specifications, cable pull schedules, IP schedules, and runlists.
• Apply company standards, perform self-QC reviews, address comments, and support on-time delivery.

Collaboration

• Communicate model status and design intent with Design Engineers, Project Managers, and field teams.
• Flag technical issues, coordination conflicts, and design questions for team resolution.
• Support project milestone meetings and delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; the source text begins an additional associate-level qualification but is truncated.
• Strong technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Expertise in clash detection and BIM coordination tools.
• Commitment to quality documentation aligned with company standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
