The Project Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan.

This role supports project teams in organizing, tracking, and documenting activities related to retail intelligence and merchandising operations.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring that communication between internal teams and stakeholders is clear and timely.

The coordinator assists with data collection from field operations, monitors task completion, and helps identify issues that may affect timelines or deliverables.

The role also involves administrative support such as organizing meetings, updating project tools, and contributing to process improvements to enhance project efficiency and alignment.
