- Lead and oversee large scale projects, strategic programs, and cross functional initiatives
- Establish project governance frameworks, define strategic priorities, and oversee project portfolios from planning through execution and completion
- Manage project managers, team leads, and stakeholders while ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring
- Provide executive level reporting, facilitate decision making, and resolve complex project challenges
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Lead and oversee large scale projects, strategic programs, and cross functional initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish project governance frameworks, define strategic priorities, and oversee project portfolios from planning through execution and completion.
- Manage project managers, team leads, and stakeholders while ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
- Provide executive level reporting, facilitate decision making, and resolve complex project challenges that may impact business outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness while supporting business transformation and long term growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, portfolio management, governance frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and performance measurement practices.
- Proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, business planning systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions at senior leadership levels.
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with experience leading complex projects, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating cross functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
