Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, technical operations, project management methodologies, and process improvement practices
- Proficiency in engineering software, technical documentation systems, reporting tools, and project management platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and decision making capabilities with experience managing teams, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of quality management systems, risk assessment, compliance standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous

Role Description
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high quality technical solutions, projects, and operational outcomes that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee engineering activities including planning, design, development, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
