Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end management of multiple projects and strategic initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and decision making sessions
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
- Support change management activities related to project implementation
- Mentor and guide project team members and junior project managers
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and governance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, program management, or a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly desirable
