Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
- Lead and manage the day to day operations of the business unit
- Monitor business performance through key metrics, reports, and operational analysis
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business unit objectives with company goals
- Manage and develop high performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business management, operations leadership, or similar management role
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision making skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational success
- Experience leading cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
- MBA or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous
