Requirements

- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision making skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational success
- Experience leading cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
- MBA or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous
