The Project Security Administrator is the administrative backbone of the project security function. This role manages the personnel security lifecycle — from pre-employment background checks through vetting, clearance management, and site access credentialing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all personnel security activities for the project, including security clearances, site access approvals, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel security compliance.
- Maintain personnel security registers, oversee compliance with Defence, client, and organisational security requirements
- Review contractor security documentation, monitor subcontractor compliance, and manage visitor access processes.
- Deliver site administration services, coordinate meetings and onboarding activities, manage office and PPE requirements, and support the broader project team
