About the Role
Multiple Senior EHS Coordinator positions are available in New South Wales.
The role supports the NSW project portfolio and leads safety activities with project teams on site.
The position focuses on EHS performance, compliance, safety initiatives, and training.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate EHS paperwork, reporting, and compliance administration.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate safety programs to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate EHS records, registers, and reporting systems.
- Identify issues and trends, monitor staff and subcontractor compliance, and improve safety performance.
About You
- Prior experience in a Safety Coordinator, Safety Advisor, or EHS-related position within construction.
- Experience in EHS analysis and reporting and/or knowledge of the construction industry.
- Experience working on a commercial or residential construction project site.
- Understanding of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
