- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for sports and leisure infrastructure projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, project management firms, developers, and end users
- Generate leads and actively pursue projects within the real estate, hospitality, education, and government sectors
- Engage with key decision makers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and specification stages through project award
- Promote the company's products, services, and turnkey solutions to consultants and project stakeholders
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and project consultations for clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of project sales experience in construction materials, landscaping, sports infrastructure, building products, or similar industries
- Established network of contacts among contractors, consultants, architects, developers, PMCs, and end users
- UAE Driving License is required
- Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification driven sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Position Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Project Sales Executive/Manager with proven experience in project sales within the construction materials, landscaping, sports infrastructure, or related industries.

- Existing relationships with major developers, hotel groups, schools, universities, and consultants will be a strong advantage.
- Prior UAE experience with a valid driving licence.
