Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Project Sales Executive/Manager with proven experience in project sales within the construction materials, landscaping, sports infrastructure, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for sports and leisure infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, project management firms, developers, and end users.
  • Generate leads and actively pursue projects within the real estate, hospitality, education, and government sectors.
  • Engage with key decision makers throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and specification stages through project award.
  • Promote the company's products, services, and turnkey solutions to consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and project consultations for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of project sales experience in construction materials, landscaping, sports infrastructure, building products, or similar industries.
  • Established network of contacts among contractors, consultants, architects, developers, PMCs, and end users.
  • Strong understanding of project sales cycles and specification driven sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling sports flooring, playground equipment, artificial turf, landscaping solutions, outdoor recreational products, construction systems, or related infrastructure solutions.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and project specifications.
  • Existing relationships with major developers, hotel groups, schools, universities, and consultants will be a strong advantage.
  • Prior UAE experience with a valid driving licence.
