- Review quotation requests and analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Perform quantity take offs from drawings and prepare detailed cost estimates
- Prepare material submittals and method statements
- Compile project documentation including Completion Certificates, Warranty Certificates, and O&M Manuals
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Prepare and generate quotations based on client inquiries
- Preparation of Pre Qualification documents
Requirements
- 2 7 years of experience in joinery project coordination
- Good knowledge of drawings and BOQs

Position Overview
- Seeking a Project Coordinator to support execution of Joinery Projects.
- Ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good knowledge of drawings and BOQs, excellent coordination, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review quotation requests and analyse drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to determine project requirements.
- Perform quantity take offs from drawings and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare material submittals and method statements in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Compile and prepare project documentation, including Completion Certificates, Warranty Certificates, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding inquiries, quotations, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up to date project records and documentation.
- Prepare and generate quotations based on client inquiries.
- Preparation of Pre Qualification documents.
