Our client is seeking an experienced Project Reporting Lead(Barzan Restoration) to provide analytical and technical writing expertise and coordinate the delivery of executive-level project reports and presentations.
The role will be responsible for providing management and stakeholders with clear, accurate, and timely information on project progress, performance, forecasts, trends, risks, and mitigation actions.
Work as a key member of the Integration Team, coordinating and managing governance-related activities across multiple projects.
Collect, assemble, integrate, and reformat project progress data, tables, graphs, and photographs to produce executive-level reports and presentations.
Coordinate internal and external interfaces and drive alignment and issue resolution through effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure consistency and alignment across projects in accordance with established procedures, plans, and governance processes.
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations covering project progress, performance, status, forecasts, trends, deficits, and mitigation actions.
Produce timely governance reports, providing transparent visibility and early escalation of potential concerns.
Develop, maintain, and report KPIs and project progress metrics through regular reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Tailor reports and presentations for different audiences, including management, project teams, and stakeholders.
Highlight project progress, blockers, impacts, and areas requiring attention.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting and project analysis requests from management and stakeholders.
Manage time-sensitive reporting requirements while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Work closely with project teams and relevant departments to resolve issues and support effective project planning and execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a business-related function or discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or acting role, or experience overseeing contractors, subcontractors, service providers, or vendors.
