Responsibilities
- Generate enquiries and manage small replacement jobs and projects.
- Execute repairs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Identify and source the necessary materials and equipment for repairs.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site support when required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repair and project-related activities.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
