- Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other technical procedures
- Review Technical Bid Evaluation Sheet, Inspection and Test Plan, and other operating procedures for Long Lead Items
- Finalize Construction procedures, ITP, QA Procedures, Welding Procedure Specifications, and Procedure Qualification Records
- Coordinate with Client, Subcontractor, and Vendor during all phases of project
- Lead a team of QC members comprising Civil, Welding, Painting/Coating, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines
- Ensure compliance of all Quality requirements as per scope of work
Requirements
- Experience in preparing Project Quality Plans and technical procedures
- Experience in reviewing Technical Bid Evaluation Sheets and ITPs
- Ability to lead a team of QC members across Civil, Welding, Painting/Coating, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines
- Effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
