Job Description
Parsons is seeking a Project Quality Manager to join its team.
The role focuses on quality management for major airport and large-scale infrastructure work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead development and implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan.
- Establish quality objectives, procedures, processes, and performance indicators across the project lifecycle.
- Support QA/QC teams, engineers, inspectors, consultants, and contractors in meeting project quality requirements.
- Integrate quality requirements into design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Review contractor and consultant Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and related procedures.
- Conduct audits, assessments, and compliance reviews and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee quality for airport terminals, airside infrastructure, roads, utilities, MEP, ICT, and specialist airport systems.
- Manage non-conformance reports, site observations, audit findings, and quality improvement actions.
- Support design quality reviews, technical assurance, constructability assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness through review of procedures and completion documents.
- Coordinate with clients, airport authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on quality matters.
- Prepare quality dashboards and reports for senior management and recommend improvements.
