Scheduling and Planning:
Develop detailed project schedules using software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and prepare time cycle charts for major activities.
Monitoring and Controls:
Monitor construction progress, highlighting anticipated delays or deviations from the baseline schedule.
Methodology Preparation
Prepare and submit detailed method statements for project execution to clients or consultants for approval.
Resource Planning
Ensure optimal allocation and availability of resources (labor, materials, equipment) based on the project plan.
Progress Reporting
Conduct progress review meetings and prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
Cost Management
Prepare prestart estimates, track progress against budgets, and monitor "cost to complete".
