- Install air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults in AC units
- Install and repair split AC, package units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, and FCUs
- Check refrigerant pressure and recharge refrigerant as required
- Detect and repair refrigerant leaks
- Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and cooling coils
- Clean filters, ducts, coils, and drain lines
- Replace faulty electrical components such as contactors, capacitors, relays, thermostats, and motors
- Read electrical wiring diagrams and HVAC drawings
- Test system performance and ensure efficient cooling
Requirements
- Experience in installing and repairing HVAC systems
- Knowledge of split AC, package units, VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults in AC units
- Proficiency in reading electrical wiring diagrams and HVAC drawings
