About the RoleReporting to the GM Innovation & Solutions Development, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering Customer Solutions projects and workstreams. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and progressively leading lower-complexity initiatives while building your project management capability.Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones and delivery schedulesMonitoring scope, budget, timelines, risks and project outcomesCoordinating project governance, reporting and decision-making forumsManaging risks, issues, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreamsSupporting business cases, benefits tracking and project financialsFacilitating stakeholder engagement across business functionsCoordinating change, communication and adoption activitiesManaging smaller initiatives and work packages with increasing autonomyMaintaining project documentation and records in line with governance standards About YouThis role is designed for someone who has already developed strong project coordination skills and is looking to step into a broader project management position. You may currently be working as a Project Coordinator, Project Officer, PMO Analyst or Project Administrator. To be successful, you'll bring:Approximately 3+ years' experience supporting projects, programs or cross-functional initiativesExperience maintaining project plans, risks, issues, budgets and reportingExposure to governance frameworks and stakeholder managementStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience working with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or HybridConfidence working with stakeholders across different business functionsStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience with project collaboration toolsRelevant project qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded but are not essential What we offerWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
