Role overview
The Project Manager will lead the project management function for Eavor’s Jules drilling technology development.
The role maintains an integrated project view across design, testing, and preparation for field demonstration while coordinating technical leads and external partners.
Project management
- Develop and maintain project charters, integrated schedules, milestones, risk registers, and project tracking tools.
- Track deliverables, decisions, and dependencies across internal workstreams and external technology partners.
- Drive the project cadence needed to maintain progress across workstreams.
Funding, reporting, and budget
- Track spending, forecasts, commitments, accruals, and variances against approved budgets.
- Manage requirements and milestone reporting for grants and other funding commitments.
- Prepare inputs for board updates, investor requests, partner updates, and funding applications.
- Work with Legal on agreements, reporting obligations, and changes affecting funding or contractual commitments.
- Monitor funding programs and grant opportunities and prepare application documents.
