Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, fabricators, crane companies, subcontractors, and general contractors.
• Review structural steel shop drawings, erection drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Manage schedules, budgets, manpower plans, equipment logistics, material deliveries, procurement, and forecasting.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, project documentation, and closeout activities.
• Resolve field issues and sequencing conflicts while maintaining communication with project stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality execution and complete punch lists, final documentation, and client turnover.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in structural steel erection.
