Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with HVAC controls, BAS, DDC controls, or related low-voltage systems.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, control sequences, and building automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control drawings, and sequences of operation.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, controls, communication, and BAS issues.
- Familiarity with controllers, sensors, actuators, relays, valves, dampers, VFDs, and other control devices.
- Experience with BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Distech, Alerton, Carrier , or similar.
- Working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks , or other building automation protocols.
- Commercial HVAC controls commissioning experience is preferred.
- EPA certification, electrical license, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, customer-service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Gulf Coast region.
