Role overview
Manage residential interior fit-out projects in Dubai as Project Manager and Site Coordinator.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, designers, and suppliers.
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, workmanship, quality, materials, and site issues.
- Conduct inspections, prepare progress updates, follow drawings and specifications, and coordinate handover.
Requirements
- Three to five or more years of UAE interior fit-out experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential fit-out.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong contractor and site-management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
