Project Manager

Role Overview

Project Responsibilities

• Manage projects from mobilization and site execution through completion, snagging, and final handover.
• Coordinate site engineers, foremen, labor teams, carpenters, specialist trades, MEP contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Monitor daily site activities against approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, manpower requirements, material schedules, and site reports.
• Ensure materials are ordered, approved, and delivered on time to avoid delays.
• Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues efficiently.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high standards of quality control and finishing.
• Conduct regular inspections and snagging and follow up on completion of all works.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously when required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven project management experience, including at least 3 years of on-site experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Proven experience managing interior fit-out, luxury residential, villa, renovation, and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards, site procedures, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Ability to independently manage projects through execution, completion, snagging, and handover.
• Ability to read, understand, and coordinate architectural, interior design, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously when required.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with high-end residential villas and luxury interior fit-out projects in Dubai is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai-based subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and construction methods is preferred.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 9,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is full-time on-site in Dubai and requires in-person project supervision.
