Role Overview
WSP is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure for major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across the UAE.
The role leads multidisciplinary teams, manages client relationships, and oversees delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
The position is part of the Transport & Infrastructure business and supports major infrastructure and land development projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- The listed source experience range is 12-20 years.
- A strong technical engineering background is required, preferably in Civil Engineering.
- Experience with a leading international engineering consultancy on large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in the UAE is required.
- The role requires project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and a strong record delivering complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
Project Management and Delivery
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with technical teams for efficient and integrated project delivery.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Support business growth while maintaining high standards of project delivery excellence.
