Role overview

Project management and delivery

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrated project delivery.

Client and stakeholder management

• Act as a primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate communications with government authorities, developers, contractors, and project partners.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support Project Directors with executive-level client interactions and governance requirements.

Commercial and financial management

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Support contract administration, change management, and commercial reporting.
• Manage project risks and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.

Requirements

• Highly experienced project manager with experience supporting major infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
• Ability to deliver projects in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Experience managing client relationships and communications with government authorities, developers, contractors, and project partners.
• Experience with project budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
• Knowledge of contract administration, change management, project risk, and commercial reporting.
