- Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, timelines, and resource allocation
- Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating with suppliers
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Ensure projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and legal requirements in Qatar
- Implement stringent quality assurance processes, conducting inspections and reviews
- Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and correspondence

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 6 8 years of experience, preferably 4 years in a similar field within the same industry
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Master's degree is a plus

Education and Experience

- Professional Training: PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle, hardware implementation, or other relevant technology projects.
