Project Manager - Scrum Master (IN)

Program Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple consulting engagements successfully within the defined budget and schedule.

He is also responsible for interacting with all the key stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to drive Adobe Digital Marketing engagements.

Working with Adobe Sr.management and cross functional teams for day-to-day activities

Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset, though not required. You will be comfortable responding to the varying demands of working for a dynamic, international company

You are a self-motivated individual, with well-developed inter-personal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed

Able to motivate other project team members, even under high pressure

15+ years of technology/service delivery experience 8+ years of experience in Managing projects in a client facing role

Experience in managing key stakeholders at CXO level (Customers, Partners, Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to drive Digital Marketing engagements.

Must have experience with Web Development

Strong Communication and excellent structural thinking to manage situations Expertise

Exposure in implementing the Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Analytics etc) will be a plus

Experience in implementing other Leading COTS platforms like IBM or SFDC or Oracle Marketing Cloud would be preferred

Exposure to delivering the Digital transformation projects
