Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of proven experience managing technology, digital transformation, ERP, CRM, HRMS, FINANCE, or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing enterprise application implementation and integration projects.
- Familiarity with business process automation, workflow management, and digital transformation initiatives.
