Role Overview
The Director, Artificial Intelligence Strategy & Transformation, is a leadership role within the Office of Digital Transformation.
The position develops and executes the organization's AI strategy and enables business sectors to implement AI initiatives that create measurable value.
The role advises senior leadership and governance committees on responsible AI adoption, business alignment, regulation and ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the AI and machine learning roadmap and align long-term priorities with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary AI liaison for business sectors and advise leaders on AI solutions, automation and investments.
- Lead the identification, evaluation and execution of enterprise AI initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and maintain AI opportunity assessments and business cases.
- Oversee AI model development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
- Establish responsible AI practices and support governance, risk, privacy, security and ethical standards.
- Drive AI literacy, training, adoption and change management across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence executives and foster collaboration across business, technology, analytics and operations teams.
