Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee the production, fabrication, installation, and on-site execution of exhibition booths, events, and experiential projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from the award stage and approved design phase through production, installation, event operations, and final handover.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage exhibition and event projects from project award through completion and handover.
- Review approved designs and technical drawings to develop project execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee fabrication, production, logistics, transportation, installation, and dismantling activities.
- Monitor project budgets, procurement, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, venue regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Lead on-site installation teams and supervise event operations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project progress updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements -
- Minimum
- 3 - 7 years of experience
- in exhibition booth production, events, fit-out, or experiential marketing projects.
- Proven experience managing exhibition stand fabrication and on-site event execution.
- Strong understanding of production processes, materials, joinery, metal works, graphics, AV integration, and installation methods.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, contractors, venues, and exhibition organizers.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with local exhibition venues and regulations is preferred.**
- Fluent in both
- English & Arabic is a must
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
