- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project timelines, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
