Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team meets or exceeds objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company s reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM systems to optimize sales processes.
