- Lead the end to end project management of nuclear facility development, including design, licensing, and site characterization
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary technical teams and consultants
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Support regulatory and licensing processes, ensuring compliance with nuclear standards and local authority requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of issues and risks
- Drive collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory frameworks specific to nuclear projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, with strong experience in nuclear projects
- Proven track record in managing design, licensing, and/or site characterization activities
- Experience working on complex, large scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong understanding of nuclear regulatory frameworks and project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
- Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering (optional)
- Experience working in the Middle East or on international nuclear projects
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory environment

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Nuclear to lead the design, licensing, and site characterization of a new nuclear facility in Riyadh.
Your role

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering (required); Master's Degree in above disciplines optional
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Reliability Maintenance Professional (RMP)
- With atleast 10 years of experience in project management, with strong experience in nuclear projects
- Proven track record in managing design, licensing, and/or site characterization activities
- Experience working on complex, large scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong understanding of nuclear regulatory frameworks and project lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities
- Background in engineering, nuclear engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience working in the Middle East or on international nuclear projects
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory environment is an advantage
