1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely issuance of drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
2. Site Execution & Supervision
- Lead site activities including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits across KSA to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct progress meetings, prepare reports, and maintain transparent communication.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
4. Commercial & Contractual Oversight
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial risks.
- Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing claims, change orders, and commercial justifications when required.
5. Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Ensure all project deliverables meet company and industry quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover packages.
