- Implement IT standards from USA regarding new hardware or software
- Ensure data protection and disaster recovery
- Maintain computer equipment to meet required uptime
- Adhere to IT Security requirements and Incident Response procedures

Purpose
- The purpose of this position is to plan and support the technology infrastructure needs for the Saudi Arabia Team.
- Support includes manufacturing systems support (hardware and software), laptops, desktops, servers, networks, security, voice, printers, desktop and business software.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning of hardware, software assets for a given budget cycle.
- Support the Musco team regarding daily IT needs for all departments.
- Implement IT standards from USA regarding implementation of new hardware or software.
- Ensure that Musco data stays protected and that can be recovered in the event of a disaster.
- Maintain computer equipment used by Team Members and Production to meet required uptime.
- Adhere to established IT Security requirements and Incident Response procedures.
