Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver strategic projects and programs across ATA7ADAK's education, wellness, and technology initiatives
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are executed according to agreed objectives, quality standards, and deadlines
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, clients, schools, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Ensure successful project delivery and continuous operational improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, operations, or technology delivery roles
- Experience managing cross functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Experience delivering digital platforms, mobile applications, enterprise systems, or technology enabled programmes
- Strong understanding of project planning, governance, risk management, reporting, and performance monitoring
- Experience preparing project reports, dashboards, status updates, and stakeholder presentations
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a hybrid work environment
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required

Role Description
- This is a contract based hybrid role located in Riyadh, with flexibility for remote work and required travel to project sites, client locations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings when needed.
- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering strategic projects and programs across ATA7ADAK's education, wellness, and technology initiatives.
- You will manage project plans, timelines, resources, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables while ensuring projects are executed according to agreed objectives, quality standards, and deadlines.
- The role requires close coordination with internal teams, clients, schools, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
