- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Key Responsibilities* Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
