- We are looking for an energetic and organized fresh graduate to join our HR team as an Internal Communication Officer.
- You will be responsible for keeping employees informed and engaged, while playing a key role in welcoming new hires and making their first days at WiSys memorable.
- Key Responsibilities* Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and newsletters
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires — desk setup, system access, onboarding kits, building tours, and introductions
- Maintain internal communication channels and ensure content is current and accurate
- Support HR initiatives and collaborate with various departmentsDraft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and newsletters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
