Role Overview
Lead project and delivery management for complex programs and cross-functional teams.
The role requires 7 to 10 years of project and delivery management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects while managing objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop, track, and control Statements of Work and project scope.
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project P&L, budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate resources and stakeholders across large-scale engagements.
- Handle escalations and maintain client and internal relationships.
- Forecast and track revenue with finance and leadership.
- Mentor and manage project team members.
Required Skills
- Advanced project analytics and reporting proficiency.
- SOW creation, scope tracking, and change management expertise.
- P&L management and financial forecasting knowledge.
- Program management experience in large-scale delivery engagements.
- Revenue forecasting and tracking experience.
- Escalation management and resolution expertise.
- Resource allocation and cross-functional team management skills.
- MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet proficiency.
